We are currently recruiting for a Viewings Assistant/client Manager to join a growing team - ideally you will be based in or near the boarders of South East London.

The successful applicant will need to cover three very important parts of the business.
We are looking for somebody tenacious,well presented, well organised, professional at all times and reliable. You will be the face of our brand and a key generator of new business.
Experience in the property industry is desirable as it will enable you to hit the ground running. The right attitude and work ethic are also essential. As you will be working autonomously you must be
self-motivated, honest and very hard working.
You must be competent speaking with customers (and potential customers) and have a good grasp of IT.
Own car and a clean driving licence is essential to get to viewings. You will be out and about for viewings, you will work from home when not attending viewings speaking to customers. You will be provided with a mobile phone however you will need your own laptop/PC to work from as well as a safe and secure place to store property keys.
