How would you like to be the backbone of Thomas Cook’s youth company Club 18-30? 

In this role based in one of our overseas offices you will be providing the Club 18-30 reps and management with the tools they will need in order to give the ultimate Club 18-30 Experience.

Job purpose:   

To ensure exceptional service is delivered to customers in destination. Club 18-30 Administrators will provide efficient and thorough administration support to the destination operation, ensuring all team members are able to provide a great holiday experience to our customers.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
• Experience of working successfully with customers and providing a best-in-class service to them
• Fluent in English
• Competent with technology and confident in quickly and effectively learning new systems and equipment
• Self-sufficient and Flexible
• Proven experience of working in a dynamic and changing office environment
