About The Role

Due to business growth we’ve got a new position for a Support Office Specialist supporting our Home Delivery function.


Please note that this is a 6 month secondment.  


You’ll be based at our Support centre in Bradford and report into the Head of Online - Service Delivery. In the role you’ll be accountable for managing the framework through which all programme activity is planned and executed throughout the Home Delivery roll out.


As a Support Office Specialist for Home Delivery you’ll be responsible for things like this;

  • Working with teams across all areas of the business to achieve our common goals

  • Building effective working relationships to drive action & support from colleagues

  • Making sure deliverables from across the programme are planned and fit together

  • Ensuring our plans contribute to our business priorities and ensuring we make things better for customers and simpler for colleagues throughout.

About You

You’ll need skills and experience like this;

  • Significant understanding of a store & retail operation

  • Significant commercial understanding

  • An understanding of Online, and of a Home Delivery store picking model

  • An excellent understanding and use of planning tools to develop a framework

  • Ability to look for ways to improve customer satisfaction, profitability & productivity
