Due to business growth we’re recruiting an Online Operations Specialist to join our Morrisons.com team based at our Support Centre in Bradford.
You’ll report to the Head of Online - Operations, and will lead and deliver end to end operational performance within the online customer delivery through developing and implementing order plans and improvements within our fulfilment and customer delivery operations.
In the role of Online Operations Specialist you’ll do things like this;
Make sure customer deliveries are made efficiently
Work with Ocado central planning, fulfilment and service delivery operations to agree future order and resourcing plans and implement improvement plans and mobilise actions
Manage the communication of activities and projects to wider leadership and online team
Use order and drops per van forecasts to model routing, shift and fleet requirements
Analyse end to end order, routing spoke splits and geography data to manage routing plans
You’ll need skills and experience like this;
Experience of capacity planning and forecasting methodologies
Knowledge of competition law
GIS software and knowledge of SQL preferred
Project Management skills
Ability to show presence and influence stakeholders
Ability to make quick decisions in a pressurised environment
