Procurement Manager - Projects and Contracts in Bradford

We’re recruiting for a contracts and project manager for our Procurement team based at our support centre in Bradford. You’ll be managing the contract database, making sure all suppliers are contracted and we’re buying at the best value. On the project side you’ll be leading and working on multiple cross functional teams to deliver procurement enabled projects such as store re-sets or new processes at sites.

In the role of contracts and project manager you’ll be accountable for things like this;

• Managing a range of projects at any one time, may involve project teams of 25-30

• Associated project / portfolio budgets between £1m and £20m

• Coordinating end user requirements into project deliverables

• Ensure projects deliver benefits within time and budget constraints

You’ll need skills and experience like this;

• Successful management of several concurrent projects

• Managed large & complex project/programme (>£20M, multiple delivery streams & stakeholders)

• Determine, set up and maintain appropriate governance and support structures

• Process management and “lean “ approach being used in delivery of projects/workstreams
