The Role:

Reporting into the Customer Business Lead, you will provide efficient and effective commercial administration and analytical support to the Commercial team, as well as more general team assistant support.


  • Providing regular and accurate commercial information to your account team, including:
    • Support with general account administration
    • Support with all new line forms, promo forms, cost price queries per account
    • Ad hoc administration and support
    • Support for account meetings e.g. PowerPoint presentations, booking rooms, ordering catering
    • Analyse data integrity queries and provide solutions in a timely manner
    • Conduct analysis of E-Commerce data and metrics and provide timely reporting to the team
    • Assist with general account queries ( internal and external )
    • Support with planning events, creating goody bags, and ecommerce and digital admin
