Launch Planner - Consumer Products Division

This is an exciting role within the supply chain team of the Consumer Products division working with a variety of stakeholders including Marketing, Commercial Operations, Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, factories and international supply chain teams. The Launch Manager ensures perfect up stream launch planning to enable perfect execution of all product launches in the UK and Ireland. The candidate will proactively seek process improvement and best practice at all times, reducing the critical path and gaining efficiency in business processes.

Operating in a fast paced and consumer driven environment, the role of Launch Manager will involve:

• Establishing the key milestones leading to a successful launch execution
• Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with cross-functional team members and key stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are executed on time and successfully
• Working with different stakeholders including Marketing and Commercial Operations teams to accurately size future launches
• Ensuring our needs are transmitted accurately and on time to the factories
• Understanding internal and external constraints and how these impact the plan
• Owning the process and guarantor of its quality. Therefore making sure the process is known and understood using appropriate documentation and training
