Part time evening receptionist is required for a therapy centre based in London W2.
We need a person who can take on the challenges of multi-tasking working closely with the small admin team.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for dealing with clients, booking appointments, processing payments, answering the phone and liaising directly with therapists.
Good English language is required and excellent communication skills are vital. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary and experience of using a database and booking system would be an advantage.
The successful candidate must have a can do attitude, have a friendly telephone manner and able to work calmly under pressure at certain busy times. Excellent customer service and administration skills are essential. The ability to be flexible, punctual and a team player are a must. You will be required to work different shifts on your rota as the therapy centre opens from 8.30am until 9.30pm Mon-Fri and 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturdays; we are now looking for Evening 5pm-10pm receptionist for Monday evening, Friday evening and potentially Saturday shifts plus variable shifts when replacing other team members when they are away.
