About The Role

Due to business growth we’re recruiting a Senior Operations Manager for Home Delivery, this role is part of our Online team but is regionally based across our South region (South East, South West and London).


You’ll report to the Regional Manager - home delivery and will lead, direct and support the Home Delivery function in stores within your region. You’ll be working to make sure we deliver high operational and customer standards including availability, on time deliveries and great door step service.


In the role of Senior Operations Manager for home delivery, you’ll be accountable for things like this;

  • The implementation of Home Delivery of stores selected within your region; leading the execution of the regional Home Delivery strategic plan and providing clear direction to Store Teams

  • Identifying and managing operational risks and compliance trends

  • Achieving annual sales and targets in line with business plan.

About You

You’ll need skills and experience like this;

  • Proven track record of identifying and leading business projects in a large, complex organisation

  • Leadership experience with effective influencing skills across all levels

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques

  • Ability to develop strategy and translate into operational plans

  • Evidence of developing and delivering customer centric KPIs
