The job
As a Customer Service Agent for the UK market your mainly responsibility will be to handle incoming work (phone calls, email, social media) from B2B customers and respond to the queries in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will accurately document work related activities in the relevant ticketing system according to established policies and procedure and, if necessary, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve complex enquiries and complaints related to the scope of support. You will also handle after-sales issues, technical and products topic and general company related inquiries.
