We are looking for 8 talented and enthusiastic people to join us as sales representatives in our new team, becoming specialist recycling advisors for your designated territory and advising businesses on how they can recycle more and save money by using our services. These are full time positions. No previous sales experience is necessary; if you have the drive and ambition to succeed, are prepared to work hard, have a great personality and attitude then full training and support will be given.
About the Role
You will enjoy splitting your time between working outdoors within your allocated sales territory and spending time with the friendly team in the office.
You will be tasked with building your own pipeline of potential customers and converting them into long term customers that contribute to the growth of First Mile. Within your sales territory you will carry out regular visits to potential customers, advising them on recycling solutions and promoting/selling the best fit product options from our range. You will also set up and attend meetings with new potential customers and follow up on business leads and referrals.

Remuneration: Competitive salary with expected OTE of £30,000 depending on performance. Great holiday allowance. Plus lots of parties, team lunches and other staff benefits!
