Internship at Tamboli Castings Limited - India

What are you going to do:

EXPECTED JOBS

  • Study of the investment casting process and proposals for optimization of processes / materials.
  • Design and construction of industrial machines for the investment casting process
  • Study of the machine timings and reduction of the cycle time.
  • Implementation of lean manufacturing in the de-burring area
  • Preparation of the 8D and Six Sigma methods.
  • Metallurgy
  • Architecture and Landscaping projects

What we ask:

  • High School or Bachelor
  • No experience required
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, auto-cad, solid working skills - an asset
  • independent work
  • Organizational Skills and Assertiveness and Slurry Communication Skills.
  • Willingness to responsible and goal-oriented work.
  • Analytical expertise, skills, lateral thinking, initiative, independence and a high level of motivation.
  • For Landscaping projects, we would like to have new ideas and practical inputs.
