A Technical Services Representative provides first level technical support as well as providing administrative and operation support to the Operations Engineers. This role will also focus on maximising end user customer satisfaction.
Hardware Operational Support - The candidate will need to provide support and diagnose hardware faults for equipment located at all managed locations.
Technical Services Help Desk Support - Ensure that all calls are answered and dealt with appropriately in the Help Desk
The candidate will work with an experienced IT team and he will be able to do the first steps in the IT industry.
The Candidate will need to work morning times from Friday to Monday
