Our client is a market leader in Home Furnishings and bedding. Based in Central London, we are seeking customer service advisors to be the first point of contact for customer queries.
Queries will be via telephone, email, webchat and social media. The main responsibility will be to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Key Duties:
Due to growth, we are recruiting for multiple vacancies with an immediate start. This role will ideally suit a candidate from the customer service industry. The role will pay £10 per hour.
There will be occasional opportunities to work from home due to the opening hours being 12 hours per day. Excellent benefits include bonus when upselling, new luxurious offices and growing within the business.
