As a virgin hair extensions supplier and an experienced hair salon we have learned over the years how much of an impact, simple image adjustments can influence woman as a whole.

What we offer here is not just another buzzing impersonal hair salon, another plastic package of hair send to the buyer in a boring white envelope with no regards to how it will be used or what it means or can mean to her.

We are looking for the person who will understand our vision.

We are looking to "enhance natural beauty, embrace womanhood" and we would like this thought to implemented into every detail of the marketing strategy the person we are looking for will develop and
manage.

They will be a part of a new project, work independently, will be valued and appreciated for drive, fresh ideas and enthusiasm.

We need a creative person but at the same time focused and attentive to details to, determined to follow strategy they will develop and execute the idea.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities
• Social Media management efforts to target new audiences including organising cross -platform content strategies
• Develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our clients' needs and their specific industries as well a
• Assisting in developing a strategy for follower growth and customer conversion through social media channels.
• Prepare promotional presentations
• Perform market analysis and research on competition
• Prepare and implement marketing plan/strategy
• Cold calling
• Producing great ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Building relationships with Influencers.
• Creating valuable content for marketing campaigns, press releases, blogging and newsletters.
• Analysing/interpreting data (using tools such as HootSuite,
  Mailchimp and Google Analytics) and making recommendations for future
  content initiatives and testing.
• Scheduling Social Media posts on all platforms, in particular Instagram and Facebook.
