Senior Online Manager - Operations Delivery (12 mth FTC) in Bradford

We’re looking for someone to join the Online team as a Senior Online Manager - Operations Delivery.

This is an opportunity for someone  to lead the execution of activities within the implementation plan across both the Morrisons and our external fulfilment partners that leads to the commissioning of our second customer fulfilment centre in Erith from September 2018.

In the role of Senior Online Manager you’ll do things like this;

• Launch Erith fulfilment centre in September 2018 with stocking taking place from July 2018

• Delivery of Erith within operational and build set up budgets.

• Lead and develop and support Morrisons’ delivery plan.

• Build effective working relationships across Morrisons and our external fulfilment partners to deliver through teamwork.• Establish a logistics network and inbound plan capable of supplying Erith’s volume.

• Provide regular clear concise communication of progress, performance and priorities within the  

delivery team motivating, re-prioritising and gather ideas in a simple engaging way.

• Wide span of retail operational execution.

• Current understanding of online retail business

• Ability to influence outcomes and problem solve at a senior level
