- Job Activities – what do you have to do?
Creative
Input your ideas into creative brain storms Research ideas around the creative response which may include finding new solutions for creative responses
Assist with image sourcing for proposals
Planning
Assist the project team by completing set tasks to include:
Sourcing items for a projects such as furniture Assisting the team in collating project costs Assisting with project administration such as travel and accommodation sourcing and booking Assisting with project document creation such as critical paths, to do lists, graphic sheets, load lists, schedules
Assist with project research which may include venue sourcing
Delivery
Assistance on site (which may include trips abroad so a valid passport is required) during build, live and de/rig of a project
Tasks may include furniture set up, unpacking items, assistance with dressings
On site could vary from indoor to outdoor projects and span weekdays and sometimes weekends
What technical knowledge do you need? Competent use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,
Knowledge of Apple Keynote useful
What skills are required?
- Have a creative personality, open to new ideas and passionate about great design
- Clear communication skills with both clients, wider project team and suppliers
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Understanding of project planning and good organising skills
- A flexible approach with the ability to multi task
- Time management skills
- Quick thinking, intuitive
Passionate and excited about the Project and Events world
