The opportunity to grow as an individual, to meet new people, and build lasting relationships that will stay with you for life. Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a personally tailored benefits package.

Undergraduate work placement
These eleven-month placements are for students who need to complete a placement as part of their degree. You could sit a selection of professional accounting exams and leave with a graduate job offer to fast track into a second year role upon graduation.

You'll work alongside graduate trainees and experienced professionals on everyday projects. So you'll get a good insight into working life at PwC.

Student Recruitment Team
You'll join the Student Recruitment team in Belfast and take on graduate level responsibilities. The placement runs for 11 months and gives an extensive insight into the Student Recruitment function at PwC. Your primary focus will be to concentrate on supporting the team's daily activities and workflow in order to manage the delivery of the day to day business priorities. The Student Recruitment team works in a constantly changing environment, responding to new market developments to continue to support the needs of the wider business. A undergraduate work placement will include:
  • Assisting with the delivery of all NI student recruitment including school leaver, undergraduate and graduate recruitment
  • Supporting promotion of all vacancies in the office, at schools and universities
  • Setting up and conducting assessment centres and supporting the scheduling of interviews
  • Arranging and delivering employability skills sessions at schools and universities

What you'll gain
By experiencing life inside one of the world's largest professional services organisations, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to build and work on your commercial awareness and interpersonal skills. Nothing can beat on-the-job experience for developing your skills - and you'll get plenty of it, both within PwC and on-site with clients - but we'll also steer you in the direction of appropriate training courses to develop you further. We'll also be looking to boost your ability to soak up complex business information, as well as your professional confidence - factors which will make a real difference when you return for your last year at university.

What you need to get in
  • You'll need to be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject
  • You'll need to be on four-year degree programme that features a sandwich placement element (or the option to take one)
Please ensure if you are interested in this role that you apply as soon as possible as although there is a specified deadline there is the risk that this role may fill before this.

We know that the skills and experiences you develop with us will stay with you throughout your career. So join PwC. We'll help you reach your full potential.

Take the opportunity of a lifetime.
