Junior Coördinator for international scale-up in London

We are looking for Junior Coordinators for our client's London office. Can you manage multiple projects at once and do you like to travel for work? Can you work independently and have a flexible attitude? Then we'd love to hear from you!

What are you going to do

About the company
The company gives insights in the actual use of workplaces of their clients. Based on this data, clients can make informed decisions about their work environment and workplace strategy. The company works with a team of young and enthusiastic professionals and have offices in Amsterdam, London, Brussels and Sydney.

About the job
You will find yourself in the heart of the organisation, namely the Operations team. The goal is to help clients as effectively as possible. Besides the planning, you’ll do the inventories of the spaces and coordinate the measuring activities. At the end of each project, you’ll make a report for the client.

The job requires strong communication skills on an operational, tactical and strategic level. You’ll work with a lot of data about the work environment and transform it into actionable information and insights for clients. For this, we are looking for someone who can work accurately and enjoys working with a lot of data. The workload varies, but is always challenging. So, you must be able to perform well under pressure and handle short deadlines.

What we ask:

  • You have a Bachelor and/or Master degree;
  • Work experience is not necessary;
  • You are stress resistant, a quick thinker and solution orientated;
  • You have a flexible attitude, you are punctual and a real team player;
  • You speak native English;
  • You live in London or nearby;
  • You can be asked to work abroad sometimes, which is nice. So you need to like that :)
