Fashion Operations Assistant in London

ROMEO HUNTE will be in London for Men’s Fashion Week the first week of January 2018! The event will last for three days. We are looking for a Fashion Operation Assistant that is bright, fearless and has a love for fashion. The ideal candidate has some operation experience, and demonstrates responsibility in assisting the operation manager with requested tasks, which may include helping, managing and coordinating during the event days; Help with emails and the logistics of the event. Must have some knowledge in fashion and be able to take on multiple tasks and work well under pressure. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion to work with a fashion company and possess an outstanding work ethic, reflect a multitasking personality that allows to grow with the company

What are you going to do:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help with the event logistics and coordination
  • Assist with emails, follow ups, calendar management and any other necessary tasks
  • Help out in other areas when needed during the three days
  • Organize and help maintain all internal documents up to date

QUALIFICATIONS

Job requirements:

  • Able to prioritize and manage tasks required by supervisors and assigned to you
  • Must own a laptop
  • Possess a strong work ethic and multi-task personality to grow with the company
  • Be willing to learn and take direction
  • Ability to follow process and to get things done efficiently
  • Be a self-starter
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Strong communication skills
