  • Design, develop and, where appropriate, deliver specialist ER training and operational materials areas by collaborating with internal and external training specialists
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of training and performance improvement programmes, exploring opportunities to utilise new technology and create more cost effective sustainable training interventions, such as E-learning, classroom based learning, workbooks and on the job training
  • Build strong and effective relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, across all divisions, to ensure understanding of their business and apply this in the development of ER solutions
  • Contribute to the wider HR Team practice by highlighting ER issues for consideration, and representing the interests of key customers on the ER agenda
  • Using effective HR Management Information and key trends to provide solutions to the business to address opportunities for improvement
  • Provide technical advice and support to ER Case Advisors with regards to management of redundancy/TUPE related grievances, appeals and tribunals.
