Food Product Developer - Cafe in Bradford

We're looking for a Food Developer to join the Cafe team within our Popular and Useful services function. You’ll report to Helen Tordoff and be based at our Support centre in Bradford.

This is an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our Food Developer within Cafe will get involved in things like this...

• Develop cafe products alongside Buyer that drive category sales and profits and meet & exceed customer requirements whilst also ensuring you are helping to make things simpler for colleagues

• Manage product development process to tight timeframes

• Reviewing quality of current products regularly and impact improvements

• Understand customer trends & market development

• Develop longer term plans with buyers to support seasonal events, local strategy and menu changes

• Identify areas we can vertically integrate products into our own manufacturing sites

• Commercial understanding

• Customer first - understanding of customer requirements and developing products with this in mind

• Teamworking - Work with cross functional teams to deliver products on time and right first time
