Internal Talent Advocate in London

Being a Talent Advocate at hackajob, you will be working alongside the Office Manager to assist with the internal hiring. You will be sourcing the best candidates for our roles and will be booking in the interviews. You will be representing the company, so great conversational skills are a must along with a great work ethic to ensure we can get as many people in for interviews as possible.

35 - 40 hours per week
£7.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and calling elite candidates that have the relevant experience for our roles
  • Headhunting from our community and external sources to identify the best talent and successfully pair them with suitable jobs
  • Helping shape our talent acquisition strategy, funnels and processes

What we ask:

  • No degree required. Just a great written and verbal communication and a great work ethic!
  • Sales or recruitment experience preferred
  • Any experience being a technical technical recruiter, talent acquisition specialist or any similar role that includes sourcing and working directly with candidates is a bonus
  • Highly organised
  • You love crafting interesting and personalised copy to reach out to the very best candidates
  • A people person - you're in your element when you get to speak people all day long!
  • Love grafting and getting stuff done - as an early stage startup it's important everybody works hard and whilst we may work late on occasion, we guarantee you will learn, develop and have fun along the way!
