What are you going to do:
• A multi-skilled project manager with a proven ability to develop and manage numerous complex multilingual projects in parallel across a range of sectors (in particular life sciences and health)
• Consistent track record of on-time and on-quality delivery thanks to excellent time-management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and take initiative
• Success-driven, enthusiastic and energetic, with excellent interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for constructive negotiation, communication and development of long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Meticulous, hard-working and proactive, used to problem solving and making critical decisions under high pressure
What we offer:
- Ongoing management of client's account of different sectors specialising in transcreation, marketing, fashion and retail sectors.
- Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
- Making sure that clients' requests are dealt with in a timely manner and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Leading a team of project managers to make sure smooth project management, updating account brief, ensuring on time delivery and smooth account-specific processes.
- Acquisition of new account including setting up new accounts and contributing to account pricing creation.
- Other responsibility includes QA tasks, client complaint management, invoicing as well as training other team members.
What we ask:
- Master's Degree in Business or Management or similar
- Translation experience preferred
- Ongoing management of client's account of different sectors specialising in transcreation, marketing, fashion and retail sectors.
- Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
- Making sure that clients' requests are dealt with in a timely manner and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
