Sales & Marketing Internship in London

Currently in a phase of high growth, we are seeking an Office Assistant to join us full-time at our offices in Clapham, London, supporting our small team of passionate foodies in all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get broad, hands-on experience in a wide range of areas and have a direct impact on the company’s success. This role will suit a recent graduate or someone looking for a first role in a scaling start-up.

What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities

Fulfil web orders: prepare, log and post

  1. Manage stock/samples held at the office – ensure sufficient stock is held for orders and marketing purposes, reordering when required
  2. Order office supplies and packing materials
  3. Answer phone and receive deliveries
  4. Prepare and post sample requests
  5. Assist in developing presentations and materials for potential stockists and partners
  6. Help plan and execute trade shows
  7. Assist with website management and regular website updates (news, recipes, products, etc.)
  8. Assist with content creation for our monthly email newsletters
  9. Help organise competitions & partnerships to increase brand profile on and offline.
  10. Organise and execute in-store sampling schedule
  11. Assist in social media management – interacting and engaging with our followers, writing Tweets and Facebook posts.
  12. Blogger outreach – contacting and building relationships with similar foodies who have presence and style on online platforms.
  13. Product development and research projects.

    10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    11. Able to filter information and assess priorities,
    12. Able to be flexible as part of a small team
    13. Excellent interpersonal skills
    14. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    15. Good communication skills and fluent in English.
