I have dyslexia covered myself so want a literate, organised assistant. I want someone who knows about the box I apparently think out of. Who is as comfortable at very smart settings as jeans and chill ... someone who is happy to create their job from the list of tasks that need doing. Is comfortable with some of the following: numbers and finance maths, book keeping, talking with people, social media communication, posting, excel, word, pros checking/editing, ordering paper files, vlogging, identifying great social engagements and must see shows...
The right person will take care of various activities selected from a list of tasks; from IT and computer geeking stuff, posting social media, creating web content etc ... to ... writing/transposing formal letters, prepare briefs, establish a filing system, help write business plans, help create PP presentations, field emails, arrange groups of people ... and keep a sense of humour.
Hours and days are flexible, most of the time. - I have 3 main projects on just now (A Medical documentary, a book and a brand building challenge) but several others waiting for attention. (films to develop, products to test, TV series to flesh out ...)
This is a home office environment at present.
Would suit any age or gender
Starting with 8 - 16 hours a week at £12/h.
Happy to review at any time and will look to attach incentives and cash bonuses, salary raise and more hours as cashflow increases.
Much of the days business is that of any entrepreneurial start up business. - establishing or maintaining relationships. Establishing and maintaining credibility. Creating and securing brand identity. Keeping posative with little encouragement ... and having fun.
