Would you love the excitement of working in a lively, media environment, brimming with some of your favourite famous faces? Are you interested in starting out in the exciting world of beauty and/or media? Do you have top notch communication skills and a fantastic telephone manner?

What are you going to do

Celebrity clinic, and star of Sky TV's award-winning series Stitch Me, Lift Me, Tuck Me is on the lookout for some capable admin and marketing minds to intern behind the scenes of one of the fastest, most high-profile beauty clinics in London.

We're looking for someone:

  • Tech-savvy and computer competent.
  • Confident and comfortable handling high-profile client bookings with discretion.
  • Interested in the Aesthetic and Beauty sector.
  • Organised, with experience or demonstrable ability managing a busy diary.
  • That lives or has excellent transport links to London's Harley St. [Nearest station: Oxford Circus]

Joining us at Harley Street Skin is an incredibly educational springboard into both the media and beauty sectors. You will receive fantastic, comprehensive experience of a fast-paced media environment, as well as an extremely high profile reference with the potential for future full-time work.

Your duties at Harley Street Skin will include:

  • Challenging diary management
  • Liaising with celebrity management and agents.
  • Engaging with clients FOH
  • Keeping up to date with emails and relaying important booking info.
  • Taking telephone calls and bookings
  • Inputting confidential information into company software.
  • Handling and filing medical notes
  • Ad Hoc office duties and tasks

What we offer


We are looking for interns available to join us for 3 days a week, between the hours of 10am and 6pm, for the course of 3 months. Interns will also have all travel costs and lunch expenses provided for them.

At the end of the 3 month internship well performing candidates will be put forward to the management team for the opportunity of full time employment.
