What are key highlights of this role?

 

As an Reward Analyst you will report into the HR Director for the Luxury Division. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and supporting L’Oréal Luxe’s various benefit programmes and  will also provide high quality management information on headcount and turnover statistics. In addition, this role will support a number of key projects and initiatives such as total reward statements, auto-enrolment and the roll-out of a new flexible benefits platform.




What are the key duties of this role?


  • Responsible for producing the monthly reporting and analysis (turnover dashboards, headcounts, commissions, etc.)
  • Manage the Beauty Advisor payroll cost process (incl. Budget and trends) and salary reviews. 
  • Assist with the reconciliation of Beauty Advisor monthly payroll.
  • Publicise and manage a range of Beauty Advisor Reward initiatives (newletters, benefits communication, etc.)
  • Contribute to implantation and testing of new processes and systems.
  • Ensure good knowledge and updates of company policies and procedures.
  • Update our salary benchmarks.
  • Provide support to the HRD in terms of studies and analysis for the Head Office population (scatter graphs, grade transparency project, benefits mapping etc.)

  • Is risk aware and builds contingency into plans.
  • Ability to treat all matters with absolute confidentiality and integrity
  • Good PC skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and more specifically Excel)
