Graduate programme

Reward and Employment
The Reward and Employment team is part of PwC's rapidly growing People and Organisation practice. You’ll help some of the world’s leading employers make the most of their biggest asset – their people. You’ll advise a wide range of national and global clients on many aspects of employment related governance and risks which also looking to maximise opportunities. This can include areas such as:

  • Providing advice in respect of PAYE and NIC matters, including payroll, expenses and benefits and dealing with year end reporting (PSA, Form 42, and P11Ds)
  • Providing advice on the tax/NIC treatment of non-cash remuneration
  • Developing share plans and reward design incentives
  • Developing expenses & benefits policies and procedures on behalf of clients
  • Design and implementation of a range of salary sacrifice arrangements. Gender pay gap reporting
  • Making sure our clients are aware of and understand the impact and what is required in respect of new legislation when it arises (this is currently off-payroll workers in the public sector, salary sacrifice)


What you'll gain
