Regional Facilities Manager Controller
 
You are responsible for supporting the Sales & Profit for the Region and new business by delivering a Great Customer Experience in line with the H&M Group goals and Country Facility Management focuses.
 
You support the Regions and New Business by effectively and efficiently ensuring the delivery of Facility Management services for the H&M Group that:
  • Contributes to commercially attractive, well performing and safe properties for customers and colleagues.
  • Secures the expected lifetime of the properties
  • Contributes to the sustainability goals all at the lowest possible long term cost.
 
You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M Group standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues for all brands.
 
Maintenance
  • Work, help and establish the existing network of suppliers and contractors.
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance service, source new suppliers when necessary.
  • Track progress of service requests and equipment replacements in communication with external partners.
  • Ensuring that all Health and Safety regulations are followed in stores.
  • Execute all maintenance works needed to secure Health and Safety in stores.
  • Cooperation with Area Visual Manager and follow up on upkeep and Never Out Of Stock orders to make sure that costs are within the budget.
  • Takes over responsibilities from Project Manager for new opened stores in the Region when it comes to H&S and maintenance.
  • Responsible for set up of correct amount of cleaning hours for the stores with responsible cleaning supplier.  Support to the Area Team with service follow up and escalations when needed.
 
Profitability/Cost Follow up
  • Prepares a yearly budget for the region and follows up on it on a monthly basis.
  • Prepares and administers proposal and quotation requests for extra works. Always question to get the best offer.
  • Check, review and approve invoices in a timely manner in order to avoid penalties.
  • Code all repairs and maintenance related invoicing and resolve invoicing discrepancies, tracking repair expenses and look for cost saving opportunities.
  • Follow up on all works taking place in the stores. Securing the quality.
  • Being able to find most cost effective and at the same time sustainable solutions when it comes to maintenance in H&M stores.
 
Planning and Organizing
  • Plan major activities well in advance to maintain balance between short and long-term goals.
  • Responsible for Facilities 3 year plan and follow up and updates on it.
  • Prioritise and delegate effectively in order to be able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactively monitor possible business risks and act on them.

Job requirements
  • You have proven Leadership skills in your current role. 1 year in Store Management or Department Management position required.
  • You work with people to find efficient solutions to support the business.
  • You are flexible to travel within the UK and Ireland
