Thatsoyoo is developing a part of its business involved with lifestyle PR and promotion for clubs, restaurants and bars, we have a vacancy for an Intern to assist in PR activities and Administration.
If you are a student with an interest to develop your skills in research, marketing and data, and if you are an individual interested in the bar, restaurant and nightclub industry with the opportunity to experience aspects of online marketing, club promotions, event management, hosting, office administration this role will suit you. Furthermore there will be the chance to be involved with launches and events at some of London's top venues.
This is a full time internship for a period of 3 months – Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Sales support - Daily correspondence and administration – invoicing and accounting, filing, communications, updating data/data entry
Event management - Liaising with clubs, bars, restaurants, promoters, clients and guests, arranging guestlists and events, hosting at events
Website/online - Update website & blog via CMS, maintain on and offsite SEO
Social media – Assisting and copywriting for Twitter, Facebook & company blog and managing Instagram
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of what is happening in London's entertainment/hospitality scene and excellent social skills.
