One Young World is the premier global forum for young leaders which brings together the brightest young leaders from every country and sector, empowering them to make lasting connections and initiate action to create positive change and moving towards more peaceful, inclusive societies. Joining the Partnerships team at One Young World will give you unparalleled experience in dealing with senior contacts at large corporations, as well as working with young leaders from 196 countries. Approximately 1,300 delegates attend the Summit, and the Partnerships team focuses on generating revenue and managing relationships.
Many organisations have made One Young World an integral part of their development of global talent and CSR initiatives, with companies increasing the size of their delegation each year. One Young World has partnered with more than 500 of the world's leading organisations, many of which are listed by Fortune 500 or FTSE 100, including: Accenture, Coca-Cola, Citigroup, Deloitte, EY, Facebook, Google, Johnson and Johnson, KPMG, L'Oreal, Unilever.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an internship running from 26 February - 2nd March 2018 at our office in London. During the internship, candidates will receive sales and admin training as well as performing key client service tasks. This is a paid internship: £250/week.
Following the internship, successful candidates will be offered a full time position, which includes a salary of £19,000 pa. plus bonus if targets are achieved. There is also an opportunity for a pay rise after the first 6 months.
