We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated marketing intern to join a small business of real estate investors/developers, providing marketing advice and solutions to the board of directors. This is a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate will be a committed and passionate individual willing to be involved in all aspects of their business projects and growth plans.
You will be responsible for:
- Set up and monitor KPIs
- Quantify sales strategies implementations.
-Day to day monitoring of our sales conversion
-Account management duties; maintaining contact with our corporate clients, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered with regular follow ups
-Keeping up to date with competitors and market trends
-Working closely with the wider team, getting involved with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
Travel costs, lunch and other expenses will be reimbursed.
You should be able to show an interested in a variety of Marketing channels and how they can support business development.
