Team Leader


Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full Time) - evenings and weekends

Founded in 2008 by Jamie Kern Lima in the United States, IT Cosmetics was developed with leading plastic surgeons to provide women with innovative, clinically proven, problem-solving makeup and skincare products.  IT Cosmetics is now one of the fastest growing beauty brands in the world and offers more than 300 high performance beauty products focusing on colour cosmetics, skincare, brushes and tools.

The Team Leader is responsible for driving superior customer service and business results of the account, through both their own work and by their team members. You will support the Business Manager to ensure smooth and efficient running of the concession by establishing correct and regular communication. Your key focuses will be retail results, inventory / stock and upskilling the team in retail best practice .You may deputise for the Business Manager where necessary.


Commerciality

  • Achieves and exceeds store retail targets and key performance indicators.
  • Communicates retail and KPI achievement updates to team and store
  • Seeks out business opportunities within the community and communicates relevant information to the Business Manager
  • Assists the Business Manager in ensuring accurate records are kept of all team employees’ hours worked and that proper payroll procedures are followed.
  • Ensures accuracy of all orders placed and received and sales floor is supervised appropriately.


Brand / Product Awareness

  • Implements the brand education strategy as necessary.
  • Exhibits updated product/ingredient knowledge and application.
  • Makes appropriate, personalized product recommendations
  • Monitors employees’ levels of product knowledge and service for accuracy, skill and application.
  • Identifies account employees’ education needs and ensures they are met.


Interacting Effectively

  • Ensures that all customers receive the highest level of service
  • Coaches employees to achieve their optimum professional development.
  • Responsible for creating a professional and positive work environment for all the account employees at all times
  • Offers regular and immediate performance-based feedback on productivity, service levels, product knowledge, selling skills, professional demeanor, etc.
