Supply Chain Specialist - Leisure & Entertainment in Bradford

As a supply chain specialist at Morrisons you’ll be taking ownership for outstanding availability at store, depot and item level in designated product categories whilst monitoring stock and waste targets to minimise cash impacts to the business.

You’ll be accountable for things like this;

• Placing regular orders for stock in line with pre-agreed forecasts, making sure we achieve optimum availability for the customer

• Gathering data on products to analyse trends and forecast sales for upcoming promotions, events or range refreshes

• Reviewing supplier performance and working directly with our Hong Kong Sourcing Office to improve the flow of stock

• Assess how best to maximise customer availability by using our systems to quickly identify trends

You’ll need skills and experience like this;

• Experience of stock/sales forecasting and replenishment in a General Merchandise environment

• Working with a Supply Chain that deals with imported products with a long lead time
  

• Experience of data analysis and subsequent decision making

• Knowledge of forecasting, data analysis and stock control

• Retail, seasonality and promotional cycles experience
