About The Role
We currently recruiting for a Senior Merchandise Planning Manager to join the Home and Leisure team on a full time, permanent basis based from our Head Office in Bradford. 
 
You'll be leading a merchandise planning function across a group of categories of high strategic importance and/or high SKU/trading complexity.
You'll be personally responsible for a category of low complexity allowing time to lead and develop the team around you.
Responsible for developing and executing a 5 year category strategy, you'll lead on strategic projects across multiple functions .
About You
You'll need skills and experience like this; 
  • A strong background in Merchandise Planning
  • Clear leadership ability
  • Experience of pre-season planning to deliver a commercial range with a profitable model
  • Experience of stockflow and stocks in line with targets
  • Analytical thinking – manage multiple data sources and make the appropriate decisions for sales, stock, markdown and profit
