About The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Service & Compliance Manager who will be responsible for maintenance and capital asset replacement across the retail, logistics and manufacturing estates.

 

A key focus of this activity is ensuring that the business operates safely and legally and drives high standards within its supply chain.

 

This role will ensure that regulatory and legislative compliance across all maintenance activity is adhered to and also ensure that suppliers work to the systems and standards set by the business.

 

Working closely with the maintenance surveyors and Helpdesk team to improve service delivery to stores and sites and improve processes to reduce issues.



 

About You

Experience

 
 
  • HSE experience within a retail environment

  • Delivering robust monitoring programme

  • Supply chain management & engagement

  • Facilities Management/Maintenance experience

  • Knowledge of SFG20 or equivalent

  • Knowledge of computer aided facilities management software

 

Knowledge

 
  • Compliance standards for key engineering disciplines - refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, fire, water

  • HSE qualification desirable

  • Key risks associated with retail, manufacturing and logistics operations

  • MI and reporting experience

  • Experience of technical specification development
