We are currently recruiting for a Head of Programme Management - Property to be based at our Head Office in Bradford......
You will be accountable for turning business strategy into action through effective programme management. Working with the relevant Executive Director you will define and develop the strategic operational plan and fully costed delivery roadmap for one or more business functions, ensuring it fully reflects Company, divisional and functional ambitions for the coming 12-36 months. You will also be accountable for managing the framework through which all programme activity is planned and executed to enable effective delivery through central, field and store teams; making things better for our customers and simpler for our colleagues.
Significant commercial understanding
Detailed understanding of store/site models.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
The ability to make challenging decisions to ensure consistency with service to our customers
High level networking and influencing skills
The ability to generate confidence through engaging leadership
The ability to develop a strategy and translate this into operational business plans
An excellent understanding and use of planning tools to develop a framework
The ability to look for ways to improve customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity.
Significant programme management experience
Significant experience of delivering new/different ways of working within an operational environment.
