5 or more years of FMCG/consumer goods experience, ideally in a senior NAM, Insights, Category, or Analyst role.
Exposure and understanding of commercial acumen, the P&L and key drivers of business targets.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, exposure to EPOS datasets Nielsen or iRi, and the ability to understand and interpret shopper measures.
Experience in turning data into insight into action to drive results in the retail marketplace, and the ability to present and deliver these insights confidently.
Discipline to manage own and others’ timelines and lead and coordinate others by building strong working relationships.
