What are you going to do:

Duties Include:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Manage the Live chat (instant support)
• Read and reply to Emails
• Ability to communicate with both your team and the customer
• Be quick in understanding what the problem is and quick in solving it
• Ability to listen and understand information and to report them to your team
• Be proactive and efficient in solving problems

What we offer:

• Shifts from Tuesdays to Fridays and Sundays from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm
• Monthly pay up to £550
