The main role of the Ice Cream Roll Maker is to create gourmet ice cream made to order by mixing, chopping, spreading, and rolling the ice cream on a frozen pan. This will all be done whilst the customer watches. Training will be provided. Other responsibilities include stocking necessary items, serving and processing customer orders, handling cash, assisting with store set-up, and necessary cleaning tasks.

We have secured locations in various shopping centres across Glasgow such as Silverburn, Buchanan Galleries, St Enoch Centre, Intu Braehead and Intu Soar. Jobs available are for fixed locations and/or can be shift based at different locations. This will be discussed at your interview.

The Person
We are looking to speak to candidates who have bags of energy and drive, have a passion for exceeding expectations and enjoy being part of a successful team. We will be very busy with queues of customers, so having previous high volume experience is preferable. This will be a fast paced environment therefore you must have the ability to perform under pressure. You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work as a team! Being artistic is a bonus.
You must be able to stand for 8 hour shifts. Hours will vary but can be anywhere between 9am and 9pm following the shopping centre's opening hours. We need Individuals who are able to offering outstanding customer service and who are driven to bring energy to this already fun-filled environment. You must be willing to learn and train other team members and have an enthusiastic approach.
