Win At Retail are looking for Promoters, Brand Ambassadors in Cambridge! £10 p/h

Calling all confident, outgoing candidates looking for an exciting new challenge in a growing industry, Win at Retail are looking to recruit staff in Cambridge on a part-time basis to join our ever-growing field marketing team. Win at Retail are a rapidly growing field marketing agency. We use our staff to help top brands promote and sell their products, carry out in-store staff training and ensure products are merchandised properly in-store. If you’d like to join our team of agents, we currently have roles in Cambridge to suit various skill sets and availabilities.

£10.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

The Roles:

Promoter - Your role as an in-store promoter is to be friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the brand you represent. You will speak directly with the general public to explain the benefits of the brand you represent, with the ultimate aim of securing sales to customers in store.

For this role Win at Retail are recruiting candidates with the below skill set:

  • Experience in Retail/Customer Service
  • Very skilled in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident to present directly to customers
  • A constantly professional demeanour
  • Must be 18 years of age or over

Staff Trainer - Your role as a staff trainer involves visiting stores to train store management and staff on new products coming onto their shelves. Your training will instil confidence in the staff's ability to sell the products, therefore resulting in an increase in sales.

For this role Win at Retail are recruiting candidates with the below skill set:

  • Experience in Retail/Customer Service
  • Very skilled in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident to present directly to staff members and store management
  • A constantly professional demeanour
  • Must be 18 years of age or over

Merchandiser/Auditor – Your role as an auditor is to make sure products in stores are well-presented to the public.
You will check stock, make sure pricing tickets are correct and ensure demonstrations are working in store. Most of
our staff working in this role fit it in around other positions.

This role is not customer facing, but does require the below skills:

  • An understanding of retail
  • Professional demeanour
  • Thorough when checking stock and point of sale
  • Confident reporting details
  • Happy to communicate with Win at Retail management with any problems
  • Must be 18 years of age or over
