A bar-tending vacancy has arisen at Kent's 'oldest coolest pub'. We are looking for a smiling hard-worker who can deal with: villagers, walkers, European tourists, dogs, logs, pots, pints and waiting on... we always have live music at the weekends and have a blues, jazz, bluegrass culture. Experienced bar or waiting staff (and dog lovers) please apply.
We are a small and friendly pub with a team of bar staff who usually work six-hour shifts. Noon to 6pm and 6pm to midnight. The job will mainly involve evening and weekend working. However, we try to be flexible to fit in around our employees' lives, where possible. It's around five shifts per week (this is negotiable). The role is serving drinks, taking orders and waiting on tables and other general duties (cleaning, sweeping etc).
