About The Role
An exciting role has arisen for a Customer & Marketing Manager to lead the business to become outstanding in Customer Service by generating momentum with key stakeholders at all levels so that they’re fully supportive of our ambition.
 
You will influence across the business to ensure we’re creating an environment for colleagues that is engaging, informative and supportive. Drive a culture of trust and empowerment and ensure we remain customers first in our actions. Define, build and execute a people plan in a selection of stores that will enable our people to deliver outstanding customer service. You will review the impact of the work we’re doing and recommend a scalable model to the business.

 
About You
 

We are looking for candidates with the following:

 
  • Has a real passion and energy for delivering outstanding customer service

  • Experience in driving customer service in a retail environment

  • An engaging communicator

  • Strong influencer at all levels

  • Effective stakeholder management

  • High levels of drive and personal resilience

  • Strong listening skills

  • A positive,  ‘Can Do’ attitude

  • Experience in influencing behaviour change


Experience required:

 
  • Experience in managing and leading on a cross functional project

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a demanding workload

  • Computer literate with good understanding of google, excel and powerpoint

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering the best customer service possible to showcase we are food makers and shop keepers
