About The Role
We’ve got a great job for a Warehouse Manager, working within our Manufacturing Site at Greenside. You will have the accountability to lead the warehouse daily operation and the shift management team. This is working 5 over 7 shifts, 40 hours per week.
 
Requirements of the Job
 
As Warehouse Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the specific department on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You will engage and motivate, as well as lead your team to ensure KPIs are being achieved on time and in full, whilst ensuring full compliance with all operational standards and specifications.

About You
You will have worked as a Warehouse Manager, Department Manager, Logistics Manager or Transport Manager within a large scale production operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing. We are looking for a people leader with the drive to have a real impact on how we run our Warehouse function at site. You will have strong commercial acumen to drive performance and analyse financial data, and will have a proven track record in the delivery of results in your current and previous roles. A background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement would also be great for this role!
