Administration based role. Main tasks include: filing the team expense reports and communicating with the team in USA to get them paid; assisting with managing certain members of the team calendar for calls/meetings; taking notes on calls; data entry into CRM system; updating contacts; ad hoc project work for the team; greeting guests for meetings; booking international travel & hotels.

Working alongside a full-time team assistant. Will be given tasks from both senior managing directors and also members of the deal team. Supporting a total of 8 people.
Hours:
Flexible- minimum 20 hours per week. There is a lot of work available if candidate is able to work more hours.
Salary:
London Living Wage.
