Food & Beverage Assistants - Preston, Manchester, Blackpool

Get Staffed UK are looking for Food & Beverage assistants in the Preston, Blackpool & Manchester regions. your objective is to ensure you provide effective customer service and maintain the excellent reputation of the company.

5 - 20 hours per week

What are you going to do:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
  • Serve and present beverages/ meals/ tickets (dependent on the nature of the event) quickly and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ensure you have the product knowledge required for the work you will be carrying out and the ability to upsell the products for clients
  •  Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks
  •  Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws
  • Be involved and contribute at team meetings
  • Carry out instructions given by the management team or client
