The role
We’re looking for an Community & Onboarding Intern with exceptional people skills and excellent attention to detail to join us in our team.

If you are an energetic, confident and vibrant individual with excellent attention to detail we would like to hear from you.

You will work with the Community & Onboarding Manager and support the Hero community, growing our user base, promoting loyalty and reducing churn. You’ll do regular analysis to track Hero quality and performance and report back on key KPIs.

The Community & Onboarding role will involve vetting and onboarding Heroes (our on-demand workforce of waiters, chefs, hosts, kitchen-porters and more) in order to help grow our workforce and maintain balance with our ever-increasing demand.

You’ll be working closely with the whole of the Staff Heroes team, particularly the Operations team and Account Managers.

What we ask:

  • You should be registered as a university student
  • Must be London based and have the right to work in the UK
  • Available to start immediately
  • Highly autonomous and adaptable
  • Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Well-presented with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong MS Office skills including Exel
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
  • Highly motivated and resilient with a strong desire to succeed
