We are currently recruiting for the following...
Senior Operations Manager - Petrol Filling Stations
You will develop relationships with all relevant authorities and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure that all relevant standards and specifications are in place on our forecourts and to ensure that they are safe and compliant, at best value, for our colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
Knowledge Required:
The capacity and capability to review and understand the following guidance and standards relating to Petrol Filling Stations:
Blue Book - design, Construction, Modification, Maintenance and decommissioning of petrol filling stations
DSEAR 2002 Regulations
Trading Standards, Weights and Measures
Forecourt Operating Process / Standards
Service / Offer standards and Equipment Options
Product Knowledge – Fuel
Wet Stock Integrity and Compliance
Skills Required:
Leadership and ability to motivate,coach and develop.
Ability to deliver in a complex,fast paced environment
Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills
Stakeholder Management - build and maintain networks
Strong Initiative and Bias for Action
Excellent communication and planning skills
Experience required:
Forecourt Operations / Management
Commercial Contract Management
Identifying and leading change
