What we offer:

 

As an Apprentice Sales Consultant, you’ll earn a salary whilst you learn.  You’ll also have the opportunity to earn commission through achieving your sales targets.  Not only will you achieve a nationally recognised qualification, you’ll also gain real life work experience, which will form the foundation of your career.

 

You’ll need to be prepared to work hard in a fast paced environment, learn on the job and adapt quickly to change. You’ll receive sales and customer service training but you must have the desire and determination to succeed in a sales environment, promoting additional products and services.  You’ll also need to use in-store technology to demonstrate your digital skills, delighting our customers and bringing their holiday enquiry to life.

Interviews – April/May 2018

Offer – May/June 2018

Target Start date – July 2018-Sept 2018*

 

*Your start date will be confirmed shortly after your offer of employment.

 

Role Details:

 

  • A 24 month apprenticeship contract with the opportunity of a permanent position (dependent upon qualification achievement)
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Training salary (increasing in the second year) + on target earnings, company benefits and holiday discounts

To apply for the position of Apprentice Sales Consultant, you’ll need:

 

  • To be at least 16 years old
  • To be flexible – retail opening hours include weekends and bank holidays
  • To commit to successfully completing the level 3 apprenticeship within two years
  • To be willing and able to actively participate in training workshops and complete work towards your qualification within the agreed timescales
  • To have the right to live and work in the UK and to have lived in the UK (or a country within the EEA) for at least the last three years
  • To be new to travel and not have started or completed any other travel apprenticeship before
